MMA Conditioning Pyramid Circuit Workout

I did the following MMA conditioning circuit pyramid style, starting at 8 reps of each exercise, going all the way down to 1 rep by the last set.

Doing it this way really works your anaerobic lactic strength endurance. But feel free to choose any set/rep scheme you'd like.

This is a simple MMA conditioning workout that you can do that takes no equipment, just a local park.

However, if you want to develop complete conditioning for MMA, then you need to do more than just circuits.
